Call for Proposals

Academic Proposals Form

Proposals are invited for individual papers and posters. Individual papers are 30-min presentations of any academic work related to the conference theme. Twenty minutes for the presentation and 10 minutes for discussion are recommended. Posters are encouraged for studies that can be presented visually through graphics and tables. Each poster session will last 1 hour, allowing opportunities for direct interaction with the attendees who walk through the posters.

Submission Notice

The academic paper submission process closed on May 31, 2026. However, researchers who are still interested in presenting their work at the EUDEC Conference are welcome to contact us at info@eudec.org to inquire about possible opportunities.

Applications for non-academic presentations remain open, and interested participants are encouraged to submit their proposals.
